ReturnsÂ
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any item taking longer than 60 days to deliver is eligible for a refund. Customized items can only be returned if the item arrived damaged.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)Â
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Â
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Â
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.Â

GiftsÂ
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When I click on the email it says that the item has been on its way since November 9th from China. Still yet to have received it being December 10th today and no sign of tracking either. This is a joke seeing that we ordered it in early October. Never again do we want to go with this site. Ridiculous. We expect a refund this week if we don't hear anything about it.
I was where you are at right now. Your thinking do I want to buy this headset based off the comments but I can confirm this headset is fantastic it has very good surround sound and puts you in a whole nother world. It also helps you ignore your parents when they are yelling at you. Bass is fantastic everything is very clean and will built very robust. Hasn’t disappointed me yet.
Within the first 3 months of having this headset, I can say this is a quality headset at a very affordable price. PC play recommend as the there is two different cables( one for lights and other for it's actual function),it tends to get in the way of the controller grips.

The shipping to Europe went wrong and Gaming needs did not fix it.
