HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?

Packages from our warehouse will be shipped worldwide by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Please note that in some occasions the tracking number won't fully function, in that case you can ask for a status update here.

MY TRACKING INFORMATION HAS NOT UPDATED IN A PROLONGED AMOUNT OF TIME.

Most shipments will have a period somewhere in the middle (after departing the country) where nothing seems to be happening. This is due to the transferral between couries and pitstops the package undergoes. If you think it's taking too long feel free to contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

GamingNeeds offers a 3-day money-back guarantee on all the products (subject to terms and conditions) sold through this website (excluding any free items) as long as products are returned in as-new condition and in the original packaging materials they were shipped in.

CREATING A RETURN

Please read the following conditions before initiating a return:

  • Products must be returned in original packagingundamaged, and free of any surface blemishes or scratches.
  • The return must be initiated within 3 days from when it was delivered.

At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, in particular, if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or if there are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

EXCHANGES

We will always replace any products that are defective or damaged within 14 days of delivery.
